This initial survey gives us an opportunity to get to know you better, it only takes about 3 to 5 minutes to complete. When you're done click the 'submit' button and in about 20 minutes your account will be awarded 5 points. When your Fast Consulting Community Intelligence online panel account reaches a minimum of 25 points, you can cash it in for a gift certificate of equal value to Tim Hortons, iTunes, Indigo or Cineplex.

You'll be asked to provide your email address and postal code every time you complete a survey. We use this to track the surveys you complete and add points to your account. It's not possible to complete the same survey more than once.

As a panel member we'll send you invites to complete new surveys and each time you complete a survey you'll be awarded points between 2 and 5 points or be given opportunities to enter draws for great prizes and cash.
